This fellowship program emphasizes the recruitment and retention of outstanding graduate students. Special emphasis is placed on retaining outstanding graduates of Oklahoma colleges/universities, bringing Oklahoma high school graduates who attended out-of-state colleges back to Oklahoma for graduate education, and recruiting outstanding students in under-represented areas.
