Eligibility

Norman, Tulsa campus and Advanced Programs graduate students from all academic disciplines who expect to complete an advanced degree (Master's or Doctoral) by August 31, 2010, are eligible to apply.

Law students are also eligible and will need to contact Katie Giffin for more information about the nomination process for Law students.
